Rules:

1. For every PLN you spend on products in our store, excluding shipping costs, you earn 1 Bongo Coin / point credited to your customer account. You can redeem your Bongo Coiny / points for eligible products, subject to the exclusions below.
2. Your Bongo Coiny / points do not expire. 100 collected Bongo Coins let you purchase products worth 10 zł in our store, and so on.
3. Bongo Coiny are credited to your account after your order has been completed, meaning that you have received your package. Points may take a few days to appear, but no longer than 7 business days.

4. If an order is canceled, including when a delivery is not collected, Bongo Coins used for that order are restored to the account. Points are not awarded for an unfulfilled order, and any points already awarded for that order are deducted. These rules do not limit the Customer’s statutory rights.

5. When products are returned, the Bongo Coins used to discount those products are restored. Bongo Coins earned for the returned products are deducted.

6. Under the program rules, Bongo Coins cannot be redeemed for excise products, including CBD flower identified as excluded from the program. A product’s exclusion from the program does not itself determine its tax classification.

7. Changes to the program rules may apply only to future point accrual. They do not remove points already earned or make their redemption terms less favorable, including their indefinite validity and the conversion rate of 100 Bongo Coins = 10 zł.

Example:

Collect 100 Bongo Coiny to receive PLN 10 toward purchases in our store. You must be logged in to your customer account.
