We specialize in custom-designed smoking accessories and functional glassware made to order.
We make bongs with filtration, percolation, and custom shapes, as well as smoking tubes and pipes tailored to your style and unique designs, including decorative and functional glassware.
Each piece is handmade in our studio. We do not use molds: every product is the result of skilled craftsmanship, so no two pieces are identical.

How does the ordering process work, step by step?
The customer sends us their idea.
We get in touch, discuss the details, and provide a quote.
After approval and payment of a deposit, we begin production.
On request, we can send videos of the creation process or, by prior arrangement, let you watch production in person.
Can I order a design based on a photo or inspiration?
Yes.
You can send photos, sketches, and inspiration, or arrange a phone call with our artist to share your ideas.
Keep in mind that we work by hand: we do not use casting molds, but work on lathes.
This means we cannot reproduce every shape to the exact millimeter, especially very complex forms.
Do you help refine an idea?
Yes.
We offer advice and develop the customer's concept based on our experience.
We have been in the industry for over 10 years, so we can suggest solutions that are both attractive and effective in use.
Will I receive a design for approval before production?
Yes.
Every design is agreed upon before production begins.
We usually prepare a sketch or concept for the customer to approve before work starts.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on the level of complexity of the project and our current order volume.
In most cases, 1 to 2 weeks.
Can production be expedited?
We always try to offer the earliest possible completion date and accommodate our customers.
In individual cases, we can expedite production if our current production capacity allows it.
How much does a custom order cost?
Indicative prices:
bongs: from 1000 zł
smoking tubes: from 500 zł
The price depends on the complexity of the project.
This process requires great precision, experience, and work at high temperatures.
Technical production risks must also be considered: glass sometimes cracks at the final stage. The customer does not bear the cost of such situations. This risk is included in the price, along with the artist's working time and the use of the kiln and all associated facilities.

Is a deposit required?
Yes.
A deposit is required before work begins and secures the project in the event of cancellation or failure to collect the order.
What can be customized?
The scope of customization is very broad and includes:
size - from mini bongs to one-and-a-half-meter designs
colors (subject to availability)
filtration, diffusers and additional components
engraving - a design or text
shape - of the tube/jug/bowl
We discuss every project individually and in detail.
What glass do you use?
We use borosilicate glass up to 7 mm thick.
This material is heat-resistant and suited to this type of application.
Most of our pieces can safely be washed in a dishwasher or with boiling water.
Do you take on very complex projects?
Yes.
We have completed many advanced projects, including unconventional and artistic designs.
Can I order something completely unique?
Yes.
These are precisely the projects we carry out most often, and they are our specialty.
How do you protect shipments?
We pack products in:
-double bubble wrap
-special air cushioning
-a sturdy shipping box
-for unusual shapes, we ship the pieces in a special case

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
What happens if an item is damaged in transit?
Every package is insured.
If damage occurs, each case is assessed individually so that the customer receives a satisfactory solution.
Can changes be made during production?
This is possible at an early stage.
The further production progresses, the more difficult and costly changes become, as they often require preparing new parts or components.
Can a custom-made product be returned?
Generally, no.
Products are made individually for a specific order.
Do you make custom pieces as gifts?
Yes.
Can I order a larger quantity of one design?
Yes.
For larger orders, the unit price may be lower.
Do you offer B2B partnerships?
Yes.
