BONGO COINY LOYALTY PROGRAM
We offer our customers a loyalty program based on collecting Bongo Coins that can be exchanged for PLN to spend in our store.
Rules:
- For every PLN you spend on products in our store, excluding shipping costs, you earn 1 Bongo Coin and will be credited to your Customer account. The accumulated Bongo Coins can be used to reduce the price of your favorite products in future orders.
- Your Bongo Coiny are valid for 360 days from the date they are received.
- You will receive 420 Bongo Coins on your birthday. Birthday Coins are awarded after a year of using our store without changing your date of birth. This means that creating an account the day before your birthday or on your birthday does not result in Coins being credited to your account. The same applies to changing your date of birth, so please do not change it to obtain bonus Bongo Coins.
- You will receive 100 Bongo Coins for sending a referral link to a friend, and your friend will also receive 100 Bongo Coins (provided that the referred friend makes a purchase).
- You can use Bongo Coins to reduce the cost of your cart by up to 30% of its value, excluding shipping costs.
For example, the cost of products with a total value of 100 zł can be reduced by 30 zł. - Bongo Coiny are credited to your account after your order has been completed, meaning that you have received your package. Points may take a few days to appear, but no longer than 7 business days.
- The total Bongo Coin discount is allocated to individual products in the order in proportion to their value.
- If a package is not collected due to the customer's actions, such as refusing delivery, any Bongo Coiny redeemed on that order are permanently canceled.
- If you return products whose price was reduced using Bongo Coins, the refund is reduced by the value of the Bongo Coin discount, and the Bongo Coins used to discount the returned products are restored. Bongo Coins earned for the returned products are deducted.
- The promotion does not apply to wholesale/business accounts.
- Bongo Coins cannot be combined with coupons/discount codes.
- Because the price of products subject to excise duty (e.g., CBD dried hemp) cannot legally be reduced, Bongo Coins cannot be used to reduce the price of these products.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of this promotion in the future.

Example:
Collecting 100 Bongo Coins gives you a 10 PLN discount in our store. Once you have collected enough points to equal a product's price in złoty, you can use them to reduce the price of that product in our online store. Remember that the value of the entire cart can be reduced by a maximum of 30% (for example, a cart worth 100 zł can be reduced by 30 zł). To use the promotion, simply click “Use Bongo Coins” at the final stage in the cart summary. You must be logged in to your Customer account for this option to appear.
