A copper screen is a small component placed in a bowl, so its size directly affects proper seating. This box organizes a larger number of screens into separate packs of five, making them easy to store and use as needed.
A 16 mm Screen as a Replaceable Bowl Component
The screen creates a mechanical barrier in the bowl. This keeps the contents inside while the screen openings allow continued airflow. Copper is the confirmed material for this model; the description does not assign additional coatings or other unlisted components to it.
Before use, compare the stated 16 mm size with the area where the screen will sit. It should rest securely inside the bowl without moving freely or requiring force to install. The size alone does not establish compatibility with every bowl, because the actual geometry of the seating area matters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a 16 mm screen fit every bowl?
Do not assume universal compatibility. Compare the 16 mm size with the actual screen seating area in the specific bowl.
How many screens are in one pack?
One pack contains 5 copper screens, and the entire bulk box contains 100 such packs.
Bulk Format and Convenient Supply Management
Dividing the box into 100 packs of 5 pieces lets you take screens in small batches without opening the entire supply at once. This is practical wherever keeping track of unopened packs and distributing smaller quantities matters.
Replace the screen if it is visibly deformed, damaged, or dirty enough to restrict airflow. Before removal, wait for the bowl and screen to cool, then handle them carefully to avoid damaging the bowl.
