The Rasta model combines a compact 24 cm form with a clearly defined arrangement of components. Its spherical lower section leads into a slightly curved neck, while red-and-yellow decoration highlights the glass body's contours. Its key functional feature is a removable one-piece bowl/downstem with a 14,5 mm connection—a single component serving as both bowl and tube.
Construction Suited to Traditional Handling
The spherical chamber forms the base of the body, while the slightly curved neck leads to the mouthpiece. This gives the model a recognizable, classic silhouette with compact proportions at a height of 24 cm.
The removable one-piece bowl/downstem simplifies the parts arrangement: the bowl and tube are not separate components here. Removal, cleaning or replacement therefore involves one integrated assembly. This is an important difference from designs using a separate bowl and separate downstem.
14,5 mm connection and part selection
The connection size is 14,5 mm, and a replacement one-piece bowl/downstem must match it. Both the connection diameter and the component's construction matter: this model requires a version with the bowl and tube joined together.
Before use, seat the one-piece bowl/downstem evenly without forcing it. When removing it, hold the component securely and move it gently, as sideways stress can affect the glass connection.
- Connection size: 14,5 mm
- Component type: integrated one-piece bowl/downstem
- The bowl and downstem remain a single component
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the bowl and tube separate parts on this model?
No. This model uses a removable one-piece bowl/downstem with the bowl and tube joined into a single integrated component.
What connection size does the Rasta bong have?
The connection measures 14,5 mm. A replacement must match both this size and the integrated one-piece bowl/downstem construction.
Distinctive Decoration and Glass Care
The red-and-yellow glass creates a Rasta-style decoration that adds color without complicating the classic form. Regularly removing residue from the chamber and one-piece bowl/downstem helps maintain clear airflow throughout the system and keeps the decoration visible.
For cleaning, disassemble only the parts intended to be removed and avoid sudden temperature changes. After washing, thoroughly rinse and dry all parts before refitting the one-piece bowl/downstem into the connection.
