Yellow Spray combines the familiar character of a liquid-fuel lighter with the Tasman brand. It is for users who prefer a reusable design and are prepared to refill it periodically with the correct fluid.
Classic liquid-fuel system
In a liquid-fuel lighter, fluid is stored in the insert and fed to the wick, where the flame forms. This design uses fluid intended for liquid-fuel lighters rather than the gas used in gas models.
Yellow Spray primarily suits users who deliberately choose this type of ignition and accept its typical maintenance requirements. The model name makes this variant easy to identify in Tasman's Spray line.
Refilling and everyday care
Refill according to the lighter's instructions, away from fire, sparks, and hot surfaces. After filling, wipe any traces of spilled fluid from the housing and your hands, close the fuel container, and wait before lighting.
Use fluid intended for liquid-fuel lighters. If ignition becomes less reliable, the flint and wick are typical consumable parts in this product category; replace them according to the construction of your specific lighter.
Safe storage
Store the lighter and fuel out of reach of children, away from high temperatures, sunlight, and ignition sources. Do not leave them where they can become very hot, such as inside a car during hot weather.
Before putting the accessory away, make sure the flame is completely out and no fuel has leaked. The lighter is intended only for adults and requires the care appropriate for a product that produces an open flame.
